Required Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava (Semolina)
1 Cup Jaggery
2.5 Cup Water
4-5 Cardamom Powder
Roasted Dry Fruits (Almond, Cashews, Raisins etc. according to your choice)
2.5 Cup Water
4-5 Cardamom Powder
Roasted Dry Fruits (Almond, Cashews, Raisins etc. according to your choice)
How to make jaggery water:
In water add jaggery and let the jaggery melt. Then add cardamom powder.
Preparation:
- Roast the semolina in ghee (Clarified Butter) for 10 mints till it turn to brown.
- Then add warm jaggery water and cover the pan with lid, Let it cook for 5 mints
- Add dry fruits and serve it.
