Ingredients:
2 Avocados
4-5 Garlic Cloves (grated)
4-5 Green Chilly (grated)
Coriander powder
Cumin Seed Powder
Bishop Seeds (Ajwain)
Lemon Juice
Salt
Preparation:
- Peel the avocado and take out the pulp
- Add cumin powder, salt, green chili, garlic, ajwain/carom seeds, lemon juice to the avocado pulp. Mix till thoroughly combined
- Add whole wheat flour into the avocado mixture.
- Make to a smooth dough without adding water.
- Sprinkle some oil on top to coat the mixture ball. Cover and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Roll the paratha using a rolling pin, cook it crispy.
- Serve hot with curd, pickle or some chutney.
