Indian Style Goat Curry (Mutton)

Ingredients Required For Mutton Curry:

1/2 Kg - Goat Meat (mutton)
12- 15 Garlic cloves, grated
1-inch Ginger, grated
2 sprig curry leaves
20 Dry coconut slices
3 tsp. of Gram Split
3-4 Bay leaf
6 Cloves
6 Black Papers
6 Green Cardamom
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Mace
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp of Chili powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp. Salt


How to make MASALA:

Roast onion, coconut, all spices and gram split for 5 to 6 Min.
Make a paste of onion and coconut. And powder of all spices and gram split separately.



Process:
  1. Marinate meat with lemon and turmeric for 30 mints. 
  2. In a pan heat oil add onion, curry leaves, and asafetida.
  3. Then add cinnamon and bay leaf
  4. Add grated garlic, ginger, and coriander powder into the oil
  5. After 5 mints add onion, coconut paste, coriander and gram split powder for thickness.
  6. saute it well. And let the masala cook for 5-7 mints
  7. It will start to leave oil from a masala
  8. Then add meat to it.
  9. Put Blended spices, Chili Powder, and salt into it.
  10. Because of salt it with start to leave water from the meat.
  11. And let it cook for 20 mint on slow flame. 
  12. After that add warm water.
